Mr. Sunil Goel, a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in 1979 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, did his graduation in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce in the year 1976.
Has over 30 years of diverse professional experience running beyond the traditional accounting and auditing areas, International Consulting, Foreign Investments, arranging joint ventures etc. to Domestic and International Outsourcing.

Sagar Ahuja is an MBA Finance & Marketing from Cardiff University, UK. In addition to outsourcing, he has got cross-cultural experience in the field of Accountancy, Sales & Customer Relationship Management. After having worked in UK companies, Sagar moved to India.
He is working with SandMartin for 6 years, now after been promoted to AVP, he heads operations of SandMartin's accounts outsourcing division. He has proved to be instrumental in expanding SandMartin's clientele and managing key customers accounts.

Suhel Goel (Senior Manager) |

Suhel Goel graduated with honors in Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University. At a young age of 22, he has managed to complete, with distinction, his degrees of Accountancy from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) viz. CPA and from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) viz. CA.
Additionally he also pursued a course from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA). He holds a brilliant academic record and is a Gold Medalist from his school.

He is the second generation of the family that has joined the practice. He supervises personal and corporate tax audits, advises on, issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, Fringe Benefits Tax, FEMA etc. He is actively involved with the taxation compliance and litigation services offered by the firm. He also focuses on emerging business laws, transactional law and regulatory compliances in the Corporate Law arena. He is equally engaged in the Corporate Law Advisory Services including formation of Limited Liability Companies in India.
