SandMartin is managed by an experienced team of professionals drawn from across industries and cultures.

Our Senior Management team includes the following individuals:-

Mr. SUNIL GOEL (CEO)
 

Mr. Sunil Goel, a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in 1979 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,   did   his graduation in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce in the year 1976.

He has over 33 years of diverse professional experience running beyond the traditional accounting and auditing areas. His experience is in International Consulting, Foreign Investments, arranging joint ventures etc. to Domestic and International Outsourcing.

Actively involved In the activities of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industries, ASSOCHAM, IFA, to name a few. He has presented papers at various international conferences at Hong Kong, Vancouver, Rome, Sydney and Milwaukee.


   
He was appointed on the Asia Pacific Regional Management Committee in the year 1998 and has been serving on the International Board of ACPA as an Asia Pacific Regional Representative. He is also a Member of 'International Fiscal Association'. IFA

Mr. Goel has been a keynote speaker in many professional conferences and workshops all around the globe and has represented the Indian Outsourcing Industry at many a platforms with great success. He was an active member of and was involved in various he activities of the Rotary International. He has been the Convener of various study groups of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

"Accountancy Age" a UK Accountancy magazine, carried an article about SMC and how we have been into a KPO industry from the very beginning and how we were the first ones to hoist the flag of accounts outsourcing to India. Shiveti Ahuja (Assistant Vice President)

 
Shiveti Ahuja earned her bachelor's degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce in the year 1998 and her M.B.A. (Finance) in 2000 from Fore School of Management.

She joined the Company in 2000 and since then she has been an inseparable part and has led the company's dynamic growth. As the A.V.P. of the company she heads the US operations of both Cafeteria Plan and Retirement Plan Administration. She has been instrumental in creating companies unique quality and timely delivery methods.
 
She has successfully migrated complex process like Retirement and Cafeteria Plan Administration in a manner that personal visit from the client was not required. Every US process migrated is personally supervised by her and has in the past drawn appreciation from the client.

Shiveti is a perfectionist; she provides direction and inspires her team to continuously perform at peak levels. Her strength lies in identifying business opportunities and relationship building.

Sagar Ahuja (Assistant Vice President)


Sagar Ahuja is an MBA Finance & Marketing from Cardiff University, UK. In addition to outsourcing, he has got cross-cultural experience in the field of Accountancy, Sales & Customer Relationship Management. After having worked in UK companies, Sagar moved to India.

He is working with SandMartin for 6 years, now after been promoted to AVP, he heads operations of SandMartin's accounts outsourcing division. He has proved to be instrumental in expanding SandMartin's clientele and managing key customers accounts.
 
 
His views on “outsourcing during recession” has been covered in CA magazine of ICAS in addition to other international coverage’s like in Corporate International magazine of UK.
 

Suhel Goel (Senior Manager)

 

Suhel Goel has an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He thereafter completed his degrees of Accountancy from both the American Institute of  CPAs (AICPA) viz. CPA and also from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) viz. CA. He has also pursued a course from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA) besides having a Diploma in Information System Audits (D.I.S.A.).

Besides overseeing Corporate Law, Assurance & Tax Compliances (Personal & Corporates), handling cross border-transaction issues including advising clients on entry strategies for Investment into India, he also supervises and manages the Information Technology side of the Company and carrying out Information System Audits for clients.
