Sunil Goel, Founder and President of SandMartin, is a distinguished leader in F&A Outsourcing with over 40 years of experience. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, he holds a PhD in Finance and Accounting, specializing in International Business, and secured All India Rank 1 in the Chartered Accountancy Examination. Mr. Goel pioneered BPO and KPO models in the F&A domain, offering global services like Retirement Plan Accounting, Insurance Claims Processing, and Finance & Accounts solutions.
He also founded Sunil Goel & Associates, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in accounting, auditing, tax, and IT consulting. His expertise spans International Consulting, Foreign Investments, Joint Ventures, Mergers, and Acquisitions.
Mr. Goel is actively involved in professional bodies such as the Indo-American and Indo-German Chambers of Commerce and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). A frequent keynote speaker at global conferences, he represents the Indian Outsourcing Industry and has contributed to Rotary International and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Suhel Goel is a seasoned second-generation business leader. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a qualified CPA with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Additionally, he holds a degree from Harvard Business School. With a robust background in financial services and back-office/outsourcing operations at The SandMartin Group, he blends experience with innovation.
Suhel continues the legacy of the family practice, M/s Sunil Goel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, established in 1980, along with its sister firm SandMartin Consultants, a leading KPO.
Sanam Goel holds a Master’s degree in Global Business Management from Regents Business School, London, and a diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. Sanam has made a remarkable impact, contributing to the company’s expansion and operational efficiency.
She has a keen eye for marketing intricacies, helping refine strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility and customer engagement.
