Sunil Goel – Founder President
Mr. Sunil Goel, a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in 1979 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, did his graduation in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce in the year 1976.
He has over 40 years of diverse professional experience running beyond the traditional accounting and auditing areas. His experience is in International Consulting, Foreign Investments, arranging joint ventures etc. to Domestic and International Outsourcing.
Actively involved In the activities of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industries, ASSOCHAM, IFA, to name a few. He has presented papers at various international conferences at Hong Kong, Vancouver, Rome, Sydney and Milwaukee.
He was appointed on the Asia Pacific Regional Management Committee in the year 1998 and has been serving on the International Board of ACPA as an Asia Pacific Regional Representative. He is also a Member of ‘International Fiscal Association’. IFA
Mr. Goel has been a keynote speaker in many professional conferences and workshops all around the globe and has represented the Indian Outsourcing Industry at many a platforms with great success. He was an active member of and was involved in various he activities of the Rotary International. He has been the Convener of various study groups of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Suhel Goel
Mr. Suhel Goel is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). At the age of 22, he achieved his Accountancy Degree with Distinction from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) besides the degree of Chartered Accountancy from the ICAI. Withal, he holds a brilliant academic record being a gold medalist at Higher Secondary Education and Bachelors in Commerce with distinction from the Delhi University. He is the second generation of the family to join M/s Sunil Goel & Associates, CAs (established in the year 1980 having offices in New Delhi, Noida & Mumbai with a team of over 300 professionals working for both domestic and international clients). Mr. Suhel Goel oversees the Personal & Corporate Tax Advisory services besides advising on issues relating to cross border transactions with the special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and advisory on Foreign Investment into India. He also supervises the Firms assurance practice and litigation services before the Tax authorities, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (FCRA) and seeking approvals from the Ministry of Finance/DIPP/FIPB & Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Suhel been working with SandMartin for over 10 years .He has enabled extensive business development for the company over the years of his working here.
His experience and expertise in the Finance & Accounts Outsourcing arena is parallel to none. A highly successful senior level management executive with a breadth of expertise delivering excellent customer services to top accounting firms and businesses in the UK, US, Australia, etc. in core F&A domain.
Sanam Goel
A qualified MA in Global Business Management from Regents Business School, London , UK she has also completed a diploma in Economics from London School of Economics . She has completed her Bachelors in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
Over a short span of time Sanam has enabled the company’s growth and development by concentrating on niche details of marketing and the day to day working of the companies.
Sanam is an idealist; she provides direction and inspires her team to continuously perform at peak levels. Her strength lies in identifying business opportunities and relationship building.
