Sunil Goel – Founder President
Mr. Sunil Goel, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with qualifications dating back to 1979 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1976. With over 40 years of diverse professional experience extending beyond traditional accounting and auditing, his expertise spans International Consulting, Foreign Investments, and the facilitation of joint ventures both domestically and internationally.
He actively participates in various chambers of commerce, including the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industries, ASSOCHAM, IFA, and more. Mr. Goel has presented papers at numerous international conferences held in Hong Kong, Vancouver, Rome, Sydney, and Milwaukee. He served on the Asia Pacific Regional Management Committee in 1998 and currently holds a position on the International Board of ACPA as an Asia Pacific Regional Representative.
He is also a distinguished member of the ‘International Fiscal Association’ (IFA). As a keynote speaker in professional conferences worldwide, he represents the Indian Outsourcing Industry with distinction. Mr. Goel has actively contributed to Rotary International and has convened various study groups for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Suhel Goel – EVP & Growth
Mr. Suhel Goel is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and, at just 22 years old, earned his Accountancy Degree with Distinction from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also holds a gold medal from Higher Secondary Education and a Bachelor’s in Commerce with distinction from Delhi University.
As a second-generation leader of M/s Sunil Goel & Associates, CAs (established in 1980 with offices in New Delhi, Noida, and Mumbai and a team of over 300 professionals), Mr. Suhel Goel manages Personal & Corporate Tax Advisory services, advises on cross-border transactions, and oversees the firm’s assurance practice and litigation services. He is instrumental in seeking approvals from various governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Finance, DIPP, FIPB, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Mr. Suhel Goel has been a pivotal figure at SandMartin for over a decade, playing a crucial role in the company’s business development and growth. His extensive experience in Finance & Accounts Outsourcing, coupled with his expertise, has made him a highly successful senior-level management executive. He delivers excellent customer services to top accounting firms and businesses in the UK, US, Australia, and beyond, specializing in core F&A domains.
Sanam Goel
Sanam Goel holds a qualified MA in Global Business Management from Regents Business School, London, UK, and has also completed a diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. In a relatively short span of time, Sanam has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the company. She excels in marketing intricacies and daily operational management.
Sanam is an idealist who provides direction and inspires her team to perform consistently at their best. Her strength lies in identifying business opportunities and nurturing relationships that drive the company’s progress.
