In order to achieve the highest levels of quality and efficiency, we ensure continuous improvements in client satisfaction through a comprehensive security network.

1. 1. CCTV Surveillance
      • Complete state of the art CCTV system with several Motion detection cameras installed at a strategic location in consultation with security advisors for observing the movements of our own employees as well as visitors. Up to 250 cameras at a time can be viewed by the management and security personnel on their computer screens for close monitoring.

1. 1. Highly Secure Internet Connections
      • A Highly secure dedicated leased line of more than 150 Mbps (1:1) for fast and round the clock connectivity on fiber network from TATA Communications Limited having access and control over multiple inland and submarine cables providing an uptime guarantee of 99.5%. Backup Lines are from different vendor comprising of leased line, DSL, to be used in case primary line is down.

1. 1. Access Control
      • Visitors are screened at the main gate by the security guard and only after ascertaining the purpose are allowed entry and only to the zone required and are given special Visitors’ access cards
      • Access gates are equipped with state of the art biometric system allowing access to only the zone he has been allocated. It works from both sides at entry as well as at exit and directly records times of every entry/exit

1. 1. Physical Security
      • Access to work areas is controlled by state of the art Biometric System where every entry to and exit from work is duly recorded.
      • Lockers are allotted to every employee to ensure that he doesn’t carry his/her personal belongings on the shop floor.
      • Latest NVR facility is available to simultaneously record 250 Video channels of CCTV with a capacity of retaining the recordings up to 90 days.
      • Fire security and alarm system consisting of smoke and heat detectors, sensors, and a complete control panel in the Guard Room is available in the facility.
      • Fire-fighting equipment is also installed.
      • The building is guarded with a 24-hour Security Guard at the building.

1. 1. Data and Network Security
      • Every employee has it’s unique username and password to access his/her workstation
      • Electronic Devices such as mobile phones, PDA are not being allowed on the production floor and the USB ports and other media drives are disabled.
      • Access to local drives of our server is restricted based on the process the employee assigned to.
      • Appropriate backup mechanism to prevent data loss.
      • Weekly update of the antivirus pattern on every system is done to ensure security.

1. Confidentiality
   • Every employee signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of recruitment & any breach of the same leads to termination of employment.
   • Restricted access to internet websites and the same are allowed only if it is a process requirement.
