While it’s not possible to include all the events we’ve organized, here are a few recent activities that highlight the impactful work done at our Foundation. These initiatives reflect our commitment to making a positive difference in the community, from supporting educational programs to environmental and health-related causes.
Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Center is setting up a multi-floor animal shelter, which will be India’s largest. They need home equipment such as refrigerators, water coolers, CFL bulbs, and fans to provide the best facilities for the hardworking helpers at the center. Thousands of lost and injured pets are reunited with their owners through animal shelters each month, and many human-animal love connections have been developed thanks to these shelters and rescue groups. Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure.
To ensure the power of unity and equal opportunities for all and uplifting the especially able community, our commitment is exemplified by our recent initiative of providing important and latest gadgets as well as summer safety home equipment to especially abled children and adults to provide them equal opportunity to grow in life. By giving equal opportunities and the corresponding respect, we grow a sense of confidence in the persons with disabilities and cultivate a sense of belonging. This makes for positive growth attitudes, and despite any disability, a person will pursue and work on their goals, thus contributing positively to society.
